The variety of food options was excellent. The buffet included fresh ingredients. The drinks were high quality with good spirits and mixers. The staff were all very friendly (especially at the pool bar), and their service was quick and efficient.

I booked a sea view room. The hotel told me upon arrival that only an inland view room was available. After a long discussion, they found a sea view room. it did not get afternoon sunshine as I had requested. The same evening shows occurred as previous visits, which became repetitive.

I found the hotel clean and well-kept. The wheelchair accessibility, ramps and lifts were very helpful. There was a nice selection of food, allergy warnings, and gluten-free options. The staff worked hard. The coastal walk to the harbour was convenient.
I noticed there was little interaction with the guests during the all-stars evening entertainment. You had to look at a screen to know what was happening.

Excellent Stay with Minor Issues

I enjoyed the convenience of allocated sunbeds upon arrival. This system eliminates the morning rush. I appreciated the daily restocked complimentary soft drinks in the room and also plenty of water (a real plus!). The staff was generally attentive, Always offering extra towels in the early evening.
The adults-only pool was near the general pool. This meant I could still hear all the children on the water slides, which detracted from the adults-only experience.

The hotel offers an allocation system for sunbeds preventing early morning competition. The grounds were kept clean and well kept and they also have a snack place with several light snacks if you prefer it to two hot meals.

The food was fresh and varied daily with different themes and options. Several a la carte restaurants, including Asian fusion and Cypriot, were available and also featured dedicated children's menus.

The staff was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. They offered extra towels early in the evenings. Housekeeping was excellent. It was both very responsive and ensured all needs were promptly met (the chocolate on the pillow was a nice touch!).

Excellent Hotel with Great Amenities

The hotel is very clean. This includes the rooms and common areas. Restaurants are really good. The sun bed allocation system is a game changer (finally, no more early morning races!). The food was delicious with plenty of choice to cater for various dietary needs.
There is nowhere to get a coffee before 10.30am except for in the restaurant or in your room.
